Lemon Law Wisconsin
Introducing Larry Towers

Since 1987, Larry Towers has concentrated his practice in Wisconsin and federal Lemon Law cases and has represented over 1500 Wisconsin Lemon Owners. His past clients include owners of defective automobiles, light trucks, minivans and SUVs, heavy trucks (semi trucks, dump trucks, logging trucks), motor homes, RV trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft. Mr. Towers is believed to have two of the largest Lemon Law judgments in the U.S. -- Dobbratz v. PACCAR ($483,348) and Noll v. Freightliner ($419,678). He also successfully settled for one trucking company the replacement of 32 defective trucks, the trucking company received reimbursement for all its lost income and out of pocket costs, and was reimbursed attorney's fees. He accomplished this within months of retention.

You pay nothing to talk to or hire Larry Towers. Lemon Law cases usually are taken by Mr. Towers on a contingent basis -- you pay nothing to have him review your case, you pay nothing to hire him and, in almost all cases, you pay nothing when he successfully resolves your case-- the Wisconsin Lemon Law requires the manufacturer to pay the attorney’s fees and costs. Before you hire Larry Towers, you receive and sign a written retention agreement, crafted to be understood by nonlawyers, that clearly spells out his and your obligations, what you will receive in a successful resolution, and how he gets paid.
